An America Where No Individual Goes Unhoused
Individuals experiencing housing instability is a growing crisis in America. We approach this issue from every angle.
Through our continuum care model, we consider every step of the journey an individual will take when heading toward and achieving housing stability.
How We Seek to End Homeless
At The Brotherhood R.I.S.E Center we have created intentional programs and partnerships that make housing stability a reality by:
Ensuring that everyone has access to food and clothing.
Access to consistent meals and clean clothing provides more than basic needs—it restores dignity, supports health, and helps individuals show up confidently for work, appointments, and housing opportunities.
Addressing Substance Use & Mental Health
Untreated substance use and mental health challenges can make it difficult to maintain housing. Support, accountability, and compassionate care are essential to creating stability and long-term success.
Making Literacy Accessible for All
Literacy impacts everything from completing housing applications to understanding leases and employment requirements. Strengthening literacy skills opens doors to opportunity and independence.
Removing the Barriers from Justice-System Involvement
Past justice system involvement can create barriers to housing and employment. With guidance, advocacy, and support, individuals can overcome these obstacles and rebuild their lives.
Providing Housing & Job Stability
Without access to housing and job resources, individuals are often stuck in survival mode. Connecting people to opportunities, training, and support services is key to lasting stability.
Creating a Space Where Community Feels Safe & Supported
Peer support creates connection, accountability, and hope. Walking alongside others who understand the journey helps individuals stay encouraged, navigate challenges, and maintain housing stability.
