When Does the Vendor Application Close?

The vendor application closes on May 1st at 5PM. All applications and payments must be submitted by that time, or your spot may be forfeited.

Can I Apply to Be a Vendor and Pay Later?

No, payment is due before spot can be secured

What are Vendors Required to Bring?

Vendors are required to bring their own table (10ft by 10ft), tent, and chairs

What are the Vendor Requirements?

Vendors are required to have a business license with city of Tacoma. If vendor is serving food, they must have a food handlers permit and insurance.

Are Payments Refundable?

Unless we cancel, payments are nonrefundable as they go toward event expenses and marketing.
